Order processing

Order processing and operator work from 07:00 to 22:00

• Order processing and operator work from 07:00 to 22:00. 
• Orders submitted after 22:00 are delivered the next day after order processing.

Delivery 24/7

• Delivery is carried out around the clock. But for overnight delivery that night, you need to place your order before 22:00.
• Orders placed after 22:00 are delivered the next day after order processing.

Delivery on holidays

• All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders placed a few days before the holiday will be fulfilled at the selected time.
• All orders will be delivered on the same day before 00:00. Therefore, for timely delivery on holidays, place your order in advance.
• Due to holiday workload, orders are processed within two hours. We will definitely contact you regarding your completed order.

Courier delivery

• Delivery in Gomel: order 70 rubles. = 12r. / more than 50 rub. = 6r.

Payment by bank transfer - for legal entities and organizations. Place an order on the website, specify legal data in the cart and we will send an invoice and a supply agreement.

Cash payment:

Card "Halva"

Payment online with Halva cards.

Here you can select the "Halva" card. The payment page will indicate the order number and payment amount. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the "pay" button.

Halva cards support 3-D Secure technology, so you will be asked to go through a standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on the MTBank website.

After payment, our manager will contact you using the method you specified to clarify delivery details.

Please note that after the payment has been made, a payment confirmation will be sent to your email address. We ask you to save your payment details. If the goods were paid for by card through the website, then the return is made to the card from which the payment was made, and the period for receipt of funds on the card is from 3 to 30 days from the date of the return.

A refund

If the goods were paid for by credit card through the site, then the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made.
