Order processing and operator hours from 07:00 to 22:00

• Order processing and operator work from 07:00 to 22:00.
• Orders placed after 22:00 are delivered the next day, after order processing.

Delivery 24/7

• Delivery is carried out around the clock. But for night delivery tonight, you need to place your order before 22:00.
• Orders placed after 22:00 are delivered the next day, after order processing.

Delivery

We deliver your order anywhere in Belarus. To find out the delivery cost (free or paid), select the delivery region in the cart. For paid delivery, the distance from the warehouse and the order amount will affect the cost.

Minimum order amount - 40 BYN.

Courier delivery in Gomel:

• Daytime delivery from 07:00 to 22:00:
  • Minimum order amount 40 BYN - 8 BYN delivery.
  • Order amount from 60 BYN and more - FREE delivery.
• Night delivery from 22:00 to 07:00:
  
  • Minimum order amount 60 BYN - 10 BYN delivery.

Holidays Gomel:

• Daytime delivery from 07:00 to 22:00:
  • Minimum order amount 60 BYN - 8 BYN delivery.

Region (and more than 10 km from the store) on regular days: 0.80 BYN per 1 km.

Region (and more than 10 km from the store) on holidays: 1 BYN per 1 km.

When filling in the address field - delivery will be calculated automatically.

If your order amount is more than 300 BYN, the regional delivery cost may be reduced. Submit your order selecting the "Discuss by phone" payment method. We will coordinate the details with you.

Courier waiting time at the recipient's address - no more than 10 minutes

• The courier waits for the recipient for no more than 10 minutes.
• Redelivery - paid (5 BYN).
• Alternatively, the recipient can pick up the order themselves - free of charge, at our flower shop.

Possibility to change recipient's address - after placing an order

• Notify the manager about the new delivery address at least one hour before the specified time. While the courier has not departed for delivery.
• Otherwise, an additional delivery fee of 5 BYN is charged.

Payment

Order payment is possible in any form not contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Regardless of the chosen payment form, settlement is made only in Belarusian rubles.

In the retail store, payment by bank card is possible - Visa | Master Card | Belkart. Or cash payment.

On-line payment on the website. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard of all types and banks, Maestro with CVC code, and Belkart.

Payment via the "Raschet" system (ERIP) allows you to pay for your purchase from your card account using internet banking, or ATMs and info kiosks of many Belarusian banks.

Payment by bank transfer - for legal entities and organizations. Create an order on the website, indicate the legal details in the cart, and we will send an invoice and supply contract.

Cash payment:

• To the courier upon bouquet delivery, at the specified address.
• If pickup is selected, you can pay in our store (33 Internatsionalnaya St., Gomel) when you come for the bouquet.

Online card payment on the website (Bank card via internet)

The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection via the protected TLS protocol and confidentially receives the customer's payment card data (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and card security code CVC/CVC2).
Please note that after making a payment using a bank card, it is necessary to keep the received electronic receipts (payment confirmations) for reconciliation with the card account statement (to confirm the transactions made in case of disputes).

Refund of funds is made to the card from which the payment was previously made. The time for funds to reach the card is from 3 to 30 days from the moment the Seller processes the refund.

"Raschet" System (ERIP)

Payment via the "Raschet" system (ERIP) allows you to pay for your purchase from your card account using internet banking, or ATMs and info kiosks of many Belarusian banks. Cash payment via the "Raschet" system (ERIP) is also possible by contacting bank tellers or using cash-in devices.

When paying for purchases in our online store, you will need to specify the order number. This number will be displayed on the website after completing the online ordering procedure, or if you contact the call center, our operator will provide it.

"Halva" Card

Online payment with "Halva" cards.

To pay online, you need to click "checkout", fill in your details, select "On-line payment by bank card " in the cart, click "place order".

The system will redirect you to a special secure page of the bePaid payment system (the page meets all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1), all confidential data is stored encrypted and is highly resistant to hacking).

Here you can choose the "Halva" card. The payment page will show the order number and payment amount. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the "pay" button.

"Halva" cards support 3-D Secure technology, so you will be offered to go through a standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on the MTBank website.

After payment, our manager will contact you by your specified method to clarify delivery details.

Please note that after the payment is processed, a payment confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please keep your payment data. If the product was paid for by card through the website, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made, and the time for funds to reach the card is from 3 to 30 days from the moment the refund is processed.

For legal entities, there is an opportunity to purchase any product from us by bank transfer. Prices on the website include VAT, and warehouse availability is always up-to-date.

We ask that all orders with payment by bank transfer be placed only through the website cart (to speed up invoice issuance and eliminate errors during registration). It's even easier than by phone:

1. Add the product to the cart on the website and select the payment method "For legal entities (bank transfer)".
2. Be sure to indicate the e-mail to which the invoice should be sent (sending will take no more than 2 hours).
3. After placing the order, fill out the online form with your organization's data.
4. After receiving the invoice by e-mail, pay it within 3 business days (after this period it becomes invalid).
5. After the money is credited, our specialist will contact you to clarify delivery conditions.
6. At the appointed time and place, the courier will bring the goods along with documents for signature.
